KarmaPower s.r.o.Bystrc č.ev. 2438, 635 00 Brno, Czech Republic
Company ID (IČO): 21710007 · VAT ID (DIČ): CZ21710007

2. Photos library data
When you grant Photos access, SpaceAI reads metadata and requests image or video content needed to identify duplicates, visually similar photos, screenshots, screen recordings, and large videos. This processing occurs locally on your device. A private local index and visual fingerprints may be stored in the app's sandbox to make future scans faster. Removing the app and its data removes that local index.
SpaceAI uses Apple's public Photos APIs for deletion. It does not delete without your selection and final system confirmation. Deletions can propagate through iCloud Photos and Shared Photo Library and may remain recoverable in Recently Deleted.
3. Advertising attribution and analytics
A release build may include Meta App Events for paid-install attribution and basic app-launch measurement. Before Apple presents its tracking permission prompt, SpaceAI explains the purpose. Meta collection is initialized only if you authorize tracking through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If authorized, a device identifier and install or launch event data may be linked and used for third-party advertising, analytics, and app functionality. SpaceAI does not send photo-library content or cleanup activity to Meta.
The app and its embedded service providers may also process non-linked crash diagnostics and other non-linked analytics data for app functionality, stability, and performance. These categories are reflected in SpaceAI's App Store privacy disclosure.
4. Purposes and legal bases
- Provide the app: on-device Photos processing and local settings are necessary to deliver features you request.
- Maintain reliability: limited diagnostics may be used for our legitimate interest in fixing crashes and improving performance, subject to applicable law and platform controls.
- Advertising attribution: tracking is based on your optional permission. You can decline or later change it in iOS Settings without losing app functionality.
- Support: if you email us, we process your message and contact details to answer the request.
5. Service providers and transfers
Apple processes App Store purchases, subscriptions, distribution, and platform services under Apple's terms and privacy policy. If you authorize tracking, Meta Platforms may process attribution data under its own privacy terms, including outside your country. We do not give either provider your raw Photos content.
6. Retention
Local scan data remains in the app sandbox until it is replaced, cleared by the app or operating system, or the app and its data are removed. Support correspondence is kept only as long as reasonably needed to resolve the request and meet legal obligations. Diagnostic and attribution retention is governed by the relevant provider settings and policies.
7. Your choices and rights
You can change Photos and tracking permissions in iOS Settings, remove local app data by deleting the app, and manage subscriptions through Apple. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal data we control, and to complain to a data-protection authority. Contact us at the email above to exercise a right. We may need to verify your request.
8. Children
SpaceAI is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect raw media from any user. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent us personal information may contact us to request deletion.
9. Changes
We may update this policy when the app, providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate product or store notice.
