Terms of Use

1. What SpaceAI does

SpaceAI helps you review duplicate and visually similar photos, screenshots, screen recordings, and large videos in the Photos library access you authorize. SpaceAI does not access storage belonging to other apps, clean iOS System Data, or guarantee a specific amount of immediately available device storage.

2. Your responsibility for review and deletion

Recommendations, groupings, size calculations, and storage estimates can be incomplete or inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing every selection before deletion. SpaceAI never deletes automatically and uses Apple's system confirmation flow.

Deleting a Photos item may delete it from iCloud-connected devices and affect Shared Photo Library participants. Items may remain in Recently Deleted until permanently removed or until Apple's recovery period expires. iCloud optimization can make library-size estimates differ from space currently stored on the iPhone.

3. License and acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable license, KarmaPower grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use SpaceAI on supported Apple devices. You may not misuse the app, interfere with its operation, circumvent access controls or purchase validation, reverse engineer it except where law expressly permits, or use it in a way that violates another person's rights.

4. SpaceAI Pro subscriptions

• SpaceAI may offer monthly and yearly auto-renewable SpaceAI Pro subscriptions. Available products, localized prices, taxes, and features are shown in the app and App Store before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when Apple confirms the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Apple may charge the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting SpaceAI does not cancel a subscription.
• Use Restore Purchases in SpaceAI to refresh an eligible entitlement. Refund requests and billing disputes are handled under Apple's policies and applicable law.

5. Availability and changes

We may maintain, modify, suspend, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Photo analysis availability depends on your device, iOS, Photos permissions, local or iCloud resource state, and Apple services. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how SpaceAI handles information. Raw photos and videos are analyzed on device and are not uploaded by SpaceAI. Optional advertising attribution is enabled only after Apple tracking authorization.

7. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SpaceAI is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties beyond those that cannot legally be excluded. KarmaPower is not responsible for losses caused by selections you approve, iCloud or Shared Photo Library synchronization, unavailable cloud originals, device conditions, or third-party platform services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, statutory warranties, or consumer rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Governing law and consumers

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Courts with jurisdiction under applicable law may hear disputes.
